SUB-RENT Spacious Two rooms, 36 m2, near TAYS-TAMK

Looking for someone CLEAN&TRUSTWORTHY to SUB-RENT my apartment - mid-August 2024 (14th) - October 2024 (4th or negotiable latest until 13th) Spacious Two rooms, 36 m2, very recently renovated wooden house upstairs attic flat (own-separate) in a peaceful neighbourhood in Petsamo near TAYS-TAMK, Kauppi forest, yet close to everything for SUBRENT from mid-August until October or mid-October. Although it says two rooms on paper, it’s practically four rooms to me since all the space is divided quite nicely and it feels much larger than 36m2. Basically, bedroom, living room and kitchen are all separate and there is a small storage/laundry area type of corner of the house due to its roof where I have also a workstation that feels separate still. Oh, and there is a lovely garden where you can grill and enjoy nice weather with my table&grill if you’re lucky with the weather ;) The rent itself is 660€ including water fee for one person, TV and secondary screen for laptop to connect with HDMI cable. but estimate at least 750€/month cos +electricity **Attention**: the house is heated by either - Electricity (with the inflation, can’t estimate easily but expect at least 100€/month in normal winter) the bill comes every month so one bill can be forwarded to you after you leave the apartment or we make a deal based on trust and my average. - Wood (there is a chimney/fireplace) (I used occasionally for leisure but keeps heat quite nicely and much more affordable compared to the electricity, might be even less than half or half the price if you buy it with the neighbours and chop big pieces of wood yourself) The optional extras are: - Utensils - WiFi - Smart robot vacuum cleaner - PS4 - Some other extras like bike bags, tent, etc Since I’ll leave most of my stuff at home, looking for someone trustworthy, respectful and clean. You will be responsible for any damages during your stay! 350€ as deposit! Main Hospital of the city is very near. And TAMK university of applied sciences if you are studying in a great close proximity. You are in the middle of both most popular public saunas of Tampere, Rauhaniemi and Kaupinojan (highly recommended). Kauppi forest is perfect for any outdoor activity, in winter even cross country skiing tracks are maintained. You can get to both saunas and lakeside in 10 minutes walk.
