Apartment for rent in Tampere city centre I’m renting out my lovely home temporarily while I’m away on an exchange semester. The start and end dates, price and level of furnishing are all negotiable once the right tenant is found 😊 The apartment is a 25,5 m² studio with an additional 8 m² glazed balcony. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space. I prefer to rent the apartment partially furnished, in which case it would include at least a bed, wardrobe and a desk. Additional furnishing can be agreed upon separately. The apartment locates in the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. The building was completed in 2023, so the apartment is in excellent condition. It’s a Lumo home in a perfect location in the heart of Tampere, situated on a peaceful inner courtyard with great transport connections. The rental period would be 11 Sep – 14 Feb. The rent is 720 € /month, plus water and electricity based on consumption. Internet is included in the rent. All of this is open to negotiation! The security deposit is one month’s rent.
