The effective annual interest rate on a €4,500 loan with a 15-year loan period is 3.36%, assuming the interest rate is 12-month Euribor 2.070% (as of 3 June 2025) + 0.5% margin, a service fee of €30, and a monthly automatic payment fee of €2.50. The estimated total cost of the loan is €6,018.69, with 112 instalments. This calculation assumes the loan is withdrawn over a five-year period and that the interest rate, fees, and charges remain unchanged throughout the loan term.
