Room is available in our home which is located in Viiala, Tampere (near Turtola). We are family of two– a mother and a 9-year-old – looking for a nice roommate/subtenant, who has experience of communal living and interest in vegetarian diet. The apartment is a spacious two-story terraced house. The ground floor consists of common areas (open-plan kitchen and living room), while the bedrooms and a sauna are located upstairs. For extra convenience, there is a toilet on both floors. We have a private backyard. The room is furnished with bed, desk and cabinet. It can be rented also without furnitures. Rent 490 eur/month includes all: Electricity, water, high-speed internet, laundry room and home insurance. Location & transport: 5–10 min walk to the nearest bus stop. 15 min bus ride to the City Centre Campus, 20 min bus ride to Hervanta Campus and 15 min to Kauppi Campus.
