The apartment on the 2nd floor features spacious rooms and a separate kitchenette. There is plenty of storage space, including a walk-in closet. The apartment also includes a storage unit in a cage-style storage area as well as a basement storage locker. A parking space can be rented from the housing company subject to availability and on a waiting-list basis. The bathroom is equipped with a connection for a washing machine, and the balcony overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. Sauna sessions can be booked separately in the building. Credit history will be checked and must be in order. The apartment is available for rent as soon as a suitable tenant is found. The lease is a fixed-term agreement for 12 months and will thereafter continue as an agreement valid until further notice. The tenant must have home insurance including liability insurance for the entire duration of the tenancy. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract.
