The rent is €460.34/month, which includes a wired internet connection from Telia as well as access to the housing company’s sauna, laundry room, and common room. It is situated in North Hervanta, close to both an ice rink and a swimming hall. There is a bus stop next to the building and a tram stop about a 7-minute walk away. The city centre can be reached in about 20 minutes by public transport. The windows have venetian blinds and blackout curtains, so the summer sun will not disturb your sleep.
