Room B is available immediately in a calm and well-maintained shared apartment in Annala, Tampere (Ojavainionkatu 10). The apartment is 99 m² and has three bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet. Rooms A and C are already rented, and we are now looking for one new tenant for Room B. The room size is approx. 13 m². The apartment is intended for peaceful and respectful shared living. The two other residents are working professionals, so this apartment is best suited for someone with a similar lifestyle. The shared areas include a bright kitchen and living room, as well as a bathroom and a separate WC. The apartment also has its own private sauna. A laundry room is available in the building. The area is quiet, and public transport connections are good. The room is unfurnished, but it can be rented furnished for an additional +45 €/month, if needed. The rent is 450 €/month, including water, electricity and internet. The security deposit is 450 €. The lease is valid until further notice, but a fixed-term contract can also be agreed. For January, the rent can be agreed based on the move-in date. The apartment is best suited for a calm and responsible female tenant, preferably working or with a regular daily routine.
