The apartment complex has a gym, grillhouse etc. The rent includes water, heating, internet, insurance, furniture, tv, washing machine etc. A grocery store and bus stop are very close (100-200 meters), and the distance to DUO shopping mall and Hervanta Campus is about 1.5 km. As a university faculty member I have letting out the apartment for almost 10 years to (mostly international) doctoral and postdoctoral researchers of Tampere University.
