A lovely one-room apartment in Amuri

I will be renting my lovely apartment in Amuri next spring from February to May. It is a studio apartment on the first floor of a house built in the 1950s, with a functional base and lovely windowsills. The windows are not on the ground level, meaning you can't see the apartment from the street level. The layout is good because the kitchen opens from the rest of the space, as if a kitchenette a little to the side. There are two windows and they give a lot of light to the whole apartment. The apartment is bright and has good storage space, as the hallway has closets on both sides. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious and in good condition. Electricity and water are included in the rent. The tenant can use the laundry room and the sauna, which was renovated a few years ago. I offer my apartment primarily unfurnished, but I can negotiate leaving some of the furniture. The location is excellent. Stores are right next door and both bus stops and tram stops are nearby. The main library Metso is located right next door and Pyynikki's jogging paths are easily accessible. Amuri is a quiet neighbourhood just outside the city centre and Hämeenkatu is only a couple of minutes away on foot. This is the TOAS house, so the tenant must be a student (note that you can study in another locality than Tampere).
