I'm subleasing my 8th-floor studio apartment in Hervanta during my exchange studies from January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. According to Toas rules, the tenant must be a student until the end of April. There is a possibility to continue renting in summer, in which case the student requirement does not apply from start of May. The apartment is perfect for an exchange student and move-in is possible already in the end of December. - Size: 30,5 m^2 - Rent: 402,81 €/month, including water, electricity and internet - The apartment will primarily be rented furnished (furnishing may differ from the pictures), but it is negotiable - Rental period is also negotiable - Comprehensive home insurance is required by Toas The apartment has connections for both a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a French balcony. The building offers a laundry room, common rooms and sauna facilities.
