Subletting a Peaceful and Bright TOAS Student Studio by Lake Näsijärvi I’m subletting my peaceful and bright TOAS student studio located by Lake Näsijärvi during my exchange studies from September 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. There is some flexibility with the end date (early 2026), so it can be adjusted to fit your needs. The apartment is in Ranta-Tampella: under 2 km to the University of Tampere and about 3 km to TAMK. There’s a bus stop right next to the building with direct routes to both universities. A grocery store (Sale) is downstairs, and the city center is less than a kilometer away, easy to reach on foot. The area is also very bike-friendly in every direction. Services, nature, and excellent transport connections are all nearby. A swimming spot is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The windows face the beautiful Lake Näsijärvi, and the apartment is filled with stunning evening sunlight. The area features many pleasant parks and recreational areas.
