I am subletting my TOAS apartment in Lumipuu for the autumn semester exchange. The apartment is available from 1.8.-31.12. The rental period within this period is negotiable. Water fee is based on use and has been around 10€/month. The apartment includes a terrace, as the apartment is on the first floor. The apartment is furnished and the tenant would also take care of my plants during the exchange. A separate agreement will be made for the apartment's movables. Tennant needs to be a student according to the rules by TOAS.
