I'm renting a modern and a cost-effective two-room apartment from Hallila during my student exchange period (September-January). The apartment is fully renovated in 2022 and it is located in a peaceful area but at a same time next to tram line 3, providing a fast route to city centre and Hervanta. Third floor, a balcony opens to inner yard. The furniture includes 120 cm bed, armchair, sofa bed, desk with chair, bookshelf, dining table with chairs, chest and a 55" television. There are also services such as shared laundry- and drying machines, sauna facilities and own storage space in the basement. Also, it is possible to rent parking space. The rent is 503,74 €/month (includes electricity, heating and internet) + water based on usage The contract would be primarily from 1.9.2025 to 31.1.2026 but there are flexibilites in the dates to both directions. The apartment is also part of the TOAS Männikkö -student flats, so a student-status is required. You can also come check the apartment on the spot.
