Looking for a temporary resident in the studio of TOAS Hippos for the spring 2027

I am looking for a temporary resident in my studio apartment TOAS Hippos for the duration of my exchange. The apartment is located in Kaleva near the tram. The distance to the university's city centre campus is less than 2km and TAMK is even closer. Hervanta is also conveniently accessible by tram. Hippos offers an excellent setting for students. There is a student restaurant, grocery shop and a university gym downstairs, in addition to which there are many different common spaces in the house. It is a community studio, so in addition to your own apartment, there is also a shared living room with a large TV and a balcony. The apartment itself includes its own toilet and kitchen. Hippos has a really big and modern laundry room that is available to all residents. Rented primarily furnished or by agreement empty. Rented primarily for January-July 2027, but exact times are negotiable. Because it is a student residence, the resident must be a student at least until April. You don't have to be a student in the summer. Rent 466,60€/month (incl. electricity and internet) + water according to usage. Security deposit is 300€. Feel free to send a message if you are interested and tell me a bit about yourself!
