Looking for a dog friendly roommate

I live in a 62 square meter apartment in Länsi-Hervanta, and I am looking for a female roommate. The apartment is located almost next to a lake and large forests, but it still has excellent public transport connections by bus and tram. The building and the area are peaceful. There is a K-store and a pizzeria next to the building, and larger grocery stores can be found in the Hervanta center, 1 km away. A small, 3 kg, very friendly dog also lives in the apartment. I am a 39-year-old woman with previous experience in renting out a room. I am a social introvert and live a fairly regular life, so silence, especially during the night (11 PM - 8 AM), is important. My hobbies include walking with the dog, yoga, and I enjoy doing various things with friends. I mostly work remotely from home. I am generally tidy and hope the same from a roommate. By nature, I am considerate and open-minded. I consume alcohol a few times a year and hardly ever at home, and I hope for a low-substance use lifestyle from the roommate as well. The apartment, kitchen, and bathroom were completely surface-renovated at the turn of 2024–2025. Shared spaces include the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. The room for rent is approximately 12 m2 + a walk-in closet. The rent is €400/month + water fee €25/month, and the security deposit is €500. The rent includes internet, home insurance and normal electricity consumption. The room has built-in wardrobes for the tenant. The room will primarily be rent unfurnished, but furnishing it might also be possible. The dog, Alma, has had severe separation anxiety due to health challenges that have now been treated, and we are slowly overcoming it. However, Alma requires specific departure routines (=music and things in a certain order upon leaving) if she is left alone at home so she doesn't panic. The roommate must commit to following these instructions so that the separation anxiety does not worsen again. However, I am home quite a lot due to remote work, and Alma is often with me, so I don't believe the roommate will have to worry about this daily.
